    Rob, pull your head in and read what I am writing. There’s nothing wrong with over specking a process 20-30% knowing that throttling it back for reliability will get a better outcome long term. You need to have some headspace. This is normal. Take your meds and stop freaking out over something that is widespread in manufacturing and process control.
