Maybe you've hit the nail on the head: We are too decent, hard working, fair dinkum. Maybe we need a more hard core big business minded MD/Director who shouts our name from the roof tops and to an extent, oversells AGY. Maybe that's what the market wants to hear: Sell us the dream. Drill to 1,000 meters and come up with an incredibly large resource. Sadly, from my own experience, these days, being realistic, relying on hard work, doing things step by step doesn't get you as far as a good dose of bs..ing.

My heart and soul love investing in a company with the former traits. My bank account would love the latter....
