Personally I'm hoping we get funding for 10,000 before 2,000 is fully commissioned.

Unlikely IMO, put yourself in the shoes of potential partner in the 10,000tpa plant with a forecast cost of $US 141m or currently around $AU 186m ( that was a long time ago , the price steel alone has gone up a lot since then). Would you commit without seeing how the 2000tpa plant went first...I imagine an offtake deal for the 2000tpa plant with a non binding LOI or MOU regarding the 10,000 tpa plant , quite likely from the same outfit..or something along those lines...we'll see..
