IMO what AGY needs more than anything is cashflow, by the time the 2000tpa plant is running cash will be low and if your planning to expand with debt involved and trying to maintain maximum WI AGY will need a much stronger balance sheet or face considerable dilution in some form..I can see the 2000tpa plant being run for some time before moving on to 10,000tpa hopefully resulting in increased cash and increased shareprice before the next stage..
