I some what agree, but Whisky is 100% right you can't out pace the legalities.
If Tonpah has extractable resource there is no way I'd sell it- Keep our 90-10 Jv with Pabs - Puna and send it over there as well. Current US Gov policies may help it occur faster & possibly aid with funding?

I'm hoping that pressure ton OEM's to lock up product gets us a prime seat on both project fronts.
You can understand how-why JZ has said to pabs--take the time and get it done well/right..
Anyway I hope W3 is right and sp goes south lol because I'm a tight ass and want more for less ha ha.
