Rio is progressing permits with haste, along with moving dirt that is their strength and mite.

So are we, its the receiving of them that takes the time and out of our hands, Rio have taken over an existing DLE operation which doesn't require ponds or moving dirt, who knows what permits already existed, or what new permitting is required or if they have applied or recieved any, do you know and does it matter, we are AGY not RIO and quite capable of making our own way and doing it in a way that fits our size , risk profile and resources.
