I believe it is not so outlandish to think pure lithium could spike over the next decade as silver did during the 70’s, and become a precious metal.

Be carefull what you wish for, nothing kills off momentum like high prices...there are huge margins now for anyone producing Lithium ...
Unlike precious metals Lithium is abundant, the issue is extracting it, high prices only encourage more effort put into finding new methods to do so.

AGY annoys me that they produced very little of their stated nameplate pilot plant capacity.

its only Lithium prices recieved in the last 12 months that would enable the pilot plant to pay its way, they are producing from it now but at unknown quantities . I dont think the current ponds were designed for 2500tpa ,if thats the case maintaining brine volume for the 2000tpa would take priority IMO.
