...that's a strange comment for someone with investments that essentially rely on how many electric vehicles there will be.

The bottom line is that Aus will also transition to electrified mobility, and anyone who thinks that EVs will "always" be niche here is kidding themselves.
Basic principles of economics disagree with you too btw!


ps. quote for 2 x belt tensioners, 1 x idler pulley and 2 x belts for my car approaches $2k. Just parts, no labour.
Let's not talk about the valve timing units (x 4) that cost circa $5k each.
...or petrol at circa $30 per 100kms
