    Was expecting something like this, fortunately it's not nationalisation; but we're producing a mineral from a debt ridden country of which the by far and large major benefactor would be only AGY with extraordinary profits.
    My take is this: The Argentinians are not crazy and just want their (fair?) share. What de risks this imo is that AGY is a first mover so the legislators at the moment wouldn't want to stop the industry dead in its tracks (by over taxation), as much larger projects will be coming online which will be generating more profit for the country in the coming 4 years.
    Wouldnt be surprised that tax burden will increase in the latter half of this decade when major investments have been made and all big projects are settled. which may coincide with substantial fall in lithium prices.
