@slbrown maybe another fanciful idea is to get RIO to raise the capex and build the plant to Argosy/Pablo's spec and then charge them a 50% toll fee on the profit for units sold with no Capex down for a 10 year JV period!
Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the boardroom wall at RIO and see how their top execs are forecasting a return of their $US825 million dollar Rincon investment 18 months ago...
