It was mentioned previously, I believe from some posters that were present at the AGM, that the offtakes are in our court. I wonder if there is execution conditions that are beneficial if completed pre/post permit. As is better long term pricing conditions if 12ktpa as opposed to 2ktpa. The additional new 10ktpa capacity may be negotiated at a different overall price.

Otherwise I see no benefit to overall progress to withhold unless you are just trying to create momentum of multiple milestone announcements to really light a fire under the SP in a short space of time.
