He's also implying companies trading at their 52 week lows is because DLE was 'flavour of the year' last year. Erp, forgot to mention AGY was also trading near their 52 week lows as well rolleyes.png

He also states DLE is needed and that it's being used at scale in China already, as well as Livent and some others are using it currently.

Then we have Glencore about to invest what I can only imagine will be eye-watering amounts to help fund Eramet's 24,000 tonne p/a processing plant. They currently use their own DLE process which they claim a massive 90% yield in just a week of processing.

"The direct extraction process developed by Eramet achieves an 90% yield at the pilot plant with a processing period of around a week. By comparison, the traditional procedure (based entirely on natural evaporation) delivers less than 50% yield in 18 months."

So it's good to hear his take on it, however shouldn't deter anybody if they want to choose to invest in a company using that technology, as there are clearly others using this process just fine economically (or will be in future). To be fair, he does say he's not against it, he just prefers 'now' (traditional methods) instead of 'later' (new tech).

Love the little plug he gives WR1 when speaking about Canadian companies

    All imo, of course.
