ALB's Silver Peak mine is only closed temporarily due to weak Li market. Same with their North Carolina facility. They intend to ramp back up early 2021.

Sure, water rights may be an issue however permitting process with an already proven process in operation (Rincon) should help prove what sort of impact their will be and make it easier to permit than Elon and his table salt process. I think that could be just one of his stunts. It's a long road to any Li production and we are a fair way down the road now.

Keen to see if one day Tonopah becomes a valuable resource. Tesla want to get Li from USA and if JZ can prove the process and show a cheap enough sustainable option for Tesla it could get interesting for little old AGY.
