    Thanks Rotichan. I actually tried to delete my post as I realised I hadn’t done my own due diligence before posting - I appreciate you providing this info. Yes, Elon’s claim is largely ‘smoke and mirrors’, and the overall take-away for us should be one of optimism for the sector. Worst case scenario, Jerko can on-sell the Tonopah tenements for $20M in order to build the stage two facility and the stage three ponds!
