My understanding has always been Puna is the company. We own 77.5% of it currently, with the potential to expand it to 90%. Meanwhile, the remaining share is in the hands of Pablo and his associates. There are several advantages to this arrangement in my opinion. Firstly, Puna is an Argentinian enterprise, a stark contrast to the likes of Rio Tinto, an Australian entity mining their land. Secondly, Pablo's vested financial interest in the success of Puna is monumental, as it has the potential to secure generational wealth for his family.
