My imagination says Salta will have the works from mining (Rio) to production of BG lithium carbonate(Puna/AGY) to the final battery maker who will service EV car makers in the USA, Japan, Korea, Europe. Any excess over needs wherever you are in the chain will be exported. To cope, Rio and Puna/AGY gets their expansion permits, initially to 12ktp then to 25ktp. AIMI (All in my imagination)
