that's a bit rough. it's not third world by any means, definitely developing though. i guess the poor political moves have had a terrible impact on the nation more than anything else as it has so much going for it. just stupidity within government such as invading the faulklands for example, they're still paying for that.
Still, Argentina counts as one of the HIGH DEVELOPING COUNTRIES by UN definition so you're very wrong in that comment. Quite offensive
