Mate, the fact of the matter is almost every car company can’t make enough EV to supply actual demand. Take Kia for example - their core business isn’t electric cars like Tesla but their EV6 is sold out and you won’t get one for 18months to two years in Australia. They can’t make enough of them. The bottleneck? The batteries. The spot price of lithium is being manipulated by China but in reality there just isn’t enough to go around and contract prices are still very robust.
