There haven't been any developments, good or bad, so says to me all is proceeding. I personally think we'll hear some news in Sept re production and I also think the SP will be more buoyant through Spring regardless. History suggests it and China "should" start their restocking cycle.
It'll take weeks to churn through all the holders who got it wrong or just need to cash out early. October and November should see the bigger leg up.
