Unlikely. While the Tesla Cybertruck is a unique vehicle, it doesn't solve the range problem when carrying large loads or towing, which is what American pickups are designed to do. Range will continue to be an issue in these scenarios, and much like Australia, Americans travel large distances. They're also a conservative bunch.

Note that the Ford F150 Lightning (their EV pickup), even when at max production, will only account for 10% of all Ford F150's sold each year. Range while laden probably has a lot to do with that. And of course price. The Ford F150 Lightning XLT costs US$64,474, while the equivalent ICE Ford F150 XLT costs US$41,940. That's a difference of US$22,534 or over 50% more for the EV version of the same vehicle.
