I have recently started a new business o/seas and we have pre sold product (boats) off the plan, which is fantastic as the clients have essentially funded the startup…..however, it is not without sleepless nights hoping our product will meet ours and our clients expectations.
AGY have taken the opposite approach and are proving up the product before offering it to market.
There is no right or wrong way to do this…both approaches have risks, and benefits.
I’ve been here long enough and are happy to see it through ….I have a mid to long term investment philosophy
