    They got an extension of their original EIR that allows them to start exploring and drilling holes. Very minor compared to approval for commercial operations.

    The announcement doesn't mean anything for AGY except that the wheels of bureaucracy are turning. Our updated hydrogeological report has been submitted and is only awaiting signoff, so anything coming out of the Office should be welcome news.
