part of the problem is the global economic position of stomping down inflation. The combat infaltion you need to remove demand which is happening now. A good thing as it means we wont all fall off a cliff.

When we talk about removing demand, the demand the fed can control is the demand from debt holders, such as your mums and dads with mortgages. Rise the mortgage rates, take money out of the hands of mum and dad and slow the consumer demand. The big hit items are the big ones such as vehicles and house prices. This is what we are seeing at the moment and I belive is the cause of slow EV uptake. I dont see the slow uptake as anything catastrophic at this stage just a slowing due to economics. These are my thoughts and I am happy to stay invested in the sector with a longer term view.
