You know you're using wishful thinking when you describe literally "relocating its ICE production" (which demonstrates a deliberate plan and effort to keep producing them) as 'calling it a wrap on producing them'.
As a holder of AGY I'm as biased as anyone in wanting more EVs and fewer ICEs produced, but we don't serve ourselves well by kidding ourselves.
Heck, we wouldn't be misrepresenting the situation any worse if we said "BMW has decided to increase the number of ICE vehicles it produces in both the UK and Austria"!
