    From what I can see they have a pilot plant but no proven process to convert to BG lithium nor do they have any product qualification so they are years off. All I can see them buying is the resource as they dont have sufficient ponds either. Considering all this they still sold for more than AGYs current MC. AGY will have a strong leg up very soon.
