I appreciate that, but I've been asking for several months now:

"What is the plan B, and when will it be im plemented?"

Are you suggesting that you'd be willing to give Jerko and Pablo another year before things are bad enough for investors to finally force a change?

As Rob pointed out, there's a high probability that there'll be a raise in the next 3 to 6 months.

How much is likely to be raised, and at what price? With a lot of the frothiness out of the lithium markets, almost 18 months of failure under their belt, and at what price? We've got $0.12c already, surely there's a chance it'll be single digits...

And where is another $10+m going to come from? Surely the perma-bears aren't sitting on that much cash, especially GCar who's already said he'll buy another million or so if it gets to $0.10c? Unless he's lying of course...

So let's just say things go as per above, we've raised another $10m @ $0.08c, it's December 2024, there's been more than 2 years of no progress, somehow there are enough votes to get rid of Jerko, we still don't own 90% of Puna because we haven't been able to fund and build the project because Pablo can't scale the process, and he's still pulling a lot of the strings.

A new CEO comes in, they'll have to do a raise, but how much and at what price? Will be kick Pablo out? Will Pablo concede and do the honourable thing and step aside?

And then the new CEO will need time to bring in their team andimplement their strategy and it needs to work, but it may not work the first time. Any guesses on how long that'll take? Heaven forbid, another raise perhaps?

It doesn't sound healthy, and to me, that does actually sounds like a slow death.

I'm not saying it'll happen, but based on last year, and the most recent update, it's at least a 20% chance in my book.
