    Yeap, you are right GCar.
    LKE, GLN, PNN, LPI, etc will need some small capital raises just to get to 2024 and then, if still alive, a big one to get the thing funded. They will need a really shiny PEA to get investors (ie, no day-traders) on board.

    I can smell the fear. One morning you get up and you stumble upon a capital raise ann. Your beloved stock is 20% down at the spot.
    DILUTION is coming!!!! Hahaha.

    Luckily, AGY is gone past that stage.
