Mate, a 245k resource won't provide the 20 year production timeframe to attract investment, UNLESS you are producing 2k a year. One has to take into account extraction and production losses to generate a reserve number. Oh I forgot, AGY hasn't completed a DFS and defined a reserve. Have a look at all the big resources and see what their reserve numbers are. They are a fraction of their resource number. To think Rincon is different is absurd.
