It appears that getting Lithium chemical processing plants up and running is just as hard for hard rock. After spending $2.3 billion with no end in sight for their WA based plant, Albemarle are no where near completion after 18 months of ramp up and qualification. They've actually given up and asked the Chinese experts to fix the problem and train the employees in WA. Sounds like a global problem, although we have proven processes with proven product. We're so close.
