You'd think that, but there could just as well be an expiry or if the government requires re-issue I'm sure the court does not hold precedent.
Court approval was granted October 2023, 5 months later still nothing.
Just don't count anything out, how many times have we read that the reports or parts of the report have been submitted (or resubmitted), after shareholders were under the impression they already had been. No one can say with certainty they won't have to do it all over again... who knows what games they're playing over there.
