Court approval was granted October 2023, 5 months later still nothing.

Just don't count anything out, how many times have we read that the reports or parts of the report have been submitted (or resubmitted), after shareholders were under the impression they already had been. No one can say with certainty they won't have to do it all over again... who knows what games they're playing over there.

Indeed this has been an extremely painful & continues to be process at least for what its worth who knows but the Courts have Approved whatever they had to Approve .According to JZzzzz the final sign off is with you know who unfortunately.AIMO
