AGY have had years and still can't get it right.
But again, money talks. $350 million is a mammoth investment, so no doubt they'll be paying a premium to fast track things along. How fast is yet to be determined. Perks of being a global powerhouse.
They'll also have a much easier time obtaining offtakes and customers, when the time comes.
