Whether they achieve this, or run into next year, they will jump ahead of AGY fairly quickly. They have the name and resources to get things done far quicker, especially when it comes to government discussions, as we've seen how the other majors operate.

Also why would we have to rely on RIO's engineers? Isn't Pablo the expert and rare specie that everyone is putting on a pedestal. Shouldn't he and his (competent) team be the ones to get it fixed and running at nameplate faster than anyone else.
