What do you actually think would happen if they/anyone attempted to take a controlling stake by buying on market?
You seem to think they could accumulate that much at somwhere near the current sp / market cap….?
I suggest that this assumption is sorely misguided, as imo the holders of the majority of shares in AGY would demand a FAR higher price.
