It's a technical analysis tool originally used to search for diamonds within miners, now days, it's used to express anger
during the highs of 80s to the lows of 8s, the shorts used it as a tool to impatient shareholders, and since the 10k EIA approval its been used to express their dissatisfaction
in the above graph, it's a double entendre.
