Are you using revenue instead of earnings?
P/E = SP/EPS hence SP = P/E x EPS
Assume Li spot $15,125usd pt, long term opex of $8k pt, earn in of 90%, SOI 1B4 and ER of 0.65.
P/E of 1 = 1 x 0.9 x ((15,125 - 8,000) / 0.65) x 12,000 / 1,400,000,000 = 0.085c (MC $119M)
P/E of 5 = 0.423c (MC $595M)
P/E of 10 = 0.846c (MC 1B19 )
P/E of 15 = 1.267c (MC 1B785 )
This is at the low of the cycle.
Hopefully my maths are correct.
