The other point to consider is that AGY does not yet have a 30 year tax stabilisation certificate. To obtain one, AGY needs to submit an acceptable feasibility study. Until that occurs, AGY remains subject to tax fluctuations.

Just pointing out some of the things you've missed, take Oil and Gas projects, they hardly pay any tax as they fully expense their capital against profit, depreciation on $20m is quite a large figure.
