You’re welcome @Rotane, but you’ve clearly missed the point. That’s what a typical 200-person workforce in the Argentina lithium industry costs, not necessarily what Puna is paying their workforce. We don’t know what they’re paying, but gross expenditure at Rincon suggests it is substantially above the market average, which makes sense given that most of the employees are friends and family.
