If some entity wants our Rincon project, afaik buying out AGY (hostile or otherwise) would not necessarily give them what they are after...... it depends on the Puna Mining JV Agreement, since Puna Mining owns the Rincon Lithium Project.
AGY currently owns 77.5% of Puna Mining, wth Alurralde and Menendez (the JV partners) owning the remaining 22.5%.
I don't have access to the JV Agreement, but I'd hazard a guess that there would be clauses preventing a "takeover" of PunaMining without the consent of the JV partners. Anyway, they seem fully committed to making this a successful business, so we'll just have to be more patient while they work towards the goal.
