The last capital raise on 8 Feb 2021 for $30m was with 230m new shares, not 500m, taking the SOI from about 1.15b to 1.4b and raising more than enough to see S2 to completion. S3 funding will most likely come from prepayment and possibly a loan in the mix, so a CR for S3 is not impossible but improbable at this point.
