UMPC-Gulf have a history dating back only a handful of months. Last year they didn't exist. Get the picture? It is purely money nothing else. Venture capitalists who will now be seeking the money of others most likely. I think it's more a case of 'Don't over estimate money'. Rio have far more punch than this dodgy little outfit and it's not going to mean bags of lithium by 2025 by a long shot. I think anyone who has followed the ORE, AGY, LIVENT etc etc story will know these guys are just full it and that's their job. Build a convincing website and present the sales pitch, because 'sales pitch' is all they have. I read carefully through the website. They have nothing to offer. No experience, no knowledge, no history.
