I'm good with that and am happy to walk away from the debate too. What is or isn't valid is subjective and I'll just say I don't think anyone at AGY/Puna deserves to be dragged over the coals for what has been achieved.
Backseat drivers can contribute their 2c at the AGM or in an angry email direct to the company with retrospective advice on how the project should have been delivered. 50 of them would contribute a whole dollar. Take it or leave it.
