    The article clearly outlines that this is about investment in Australian-based production for companies physically located in this country, not Australian-owned financiers (AGY) for an Argentinian lithium company.

    It is quite clear that isn’t beneficial for AGY or Puna mining at all; however it is beneficial for its competitors in the Australian spodumene sector.
