    LTR has a mc of $3.3B I don't know much about LTR but I believe the company has built a plant (train as they call it) which only produces a lithium concentrate paste from spodumene (%??) of an expected 3 mtpa and upgrading to 4mtpa. It's only a concentrate! ok stay with me on this...
    AGY has a lithium production plant to be 3mpta of BATTERY GRADE LITHIUM with a future upgrade (some years away) to 10ktpa. AGY has a market cap of $183m. Buy
