a “tiny resource, low grade, pilot-plant scale operation, no feasibility study, no offtake, no funding for expansion, poor communication, other projects in a state of paralysis (Tonopah), low funds, high spending relative to output, high CAPEX (over $100m raised since breaking ground), inexperienced workforce (other than Pablo), opacity of expenditure (hidden behind JV structure), all located in a third world country with third word politics.”
