There is a bagy posting about 40-50 posts a day of self help therapy.
Then there are a few people engaging with it.
That make for over 150 posts a day of rubbish.
I'm starting to ignore the responders as well now.
Not that anyone cares but it'll be a lo quieter and a more meaningful discussion for me at least.
