Seems pretty clear from that interview that the expansion will be funded by a combination of off-take and equity from an end user that needs/wants a long term relationship to guarantee long term supply.
Interesting also that it seems like the spot price increases have caused funding deal terms to be renegotiated.
Exciting times ahead.
