The 2ktpa plant is a mere stepping stone to the main event. We all know that. If new rules benefit our expansion, then that is fantastic!

imo you are just propping your (future) trades.
Pps. What does your DCF model indicate to be the impact of an increased royalty rate on key project metrics eg. NPV or EPS profile..?
