it makes no sense when China is the biggest EV market in the world. What does make sense is the need to keep the lithium price low so the battery makers have a market to sell too. I believe the battery makers are well in control on of the narrative.
AGY needs to clearly seperate themselves from the Chinese spot price so the market doesn’t price in the Chinese narrative. Does anyone know if releasing contract pricing to the market is general practice?
