    There's a big difference between what AGY needs, and what it can get @Rotane, the last few years of trying (unsuccessfully) to attract a strategic partner makes that clear. Unfortunately the Argentinian government requires confirmation of investment for RIGI qualification, leaving AGY sh*t out of luck.
